Geez! Crazy behavior. I don't remember calibrating my compass since the Air 1...

Well, that was unfortunate!

Everyone's worst nightmare.

Taking off with only 20% battery is crazy too.

Very strange behavior,  You are much braver than me to take off with only 20% battery.

I took of with like 30% and hover and checked camera settings, the i started flying a bit but it started flying away

Interesting,. This just happened with my Mav3Pro.  Needless to say,. I had to run home and get a fresh set of underoos.  It was set at max alt 393ft,. While hovering for a sunrise time lapse.  I switched to cine mode and started recording.  Gps and connection were excellent.  Then it drifted 143ft and climbed to 424ft.  Not good.
Zero control in cine mode,. So I switched to normal mode and was able to recover control and land.  
Currently investigating whether it was the controller or the aircraft that caused this.  Using an RC Pro.  Everything worked fine using an RC1 yesterday,. So maybe the new controller is my issue.
