Hello all again,
In a previous inquiry I asked if I should save my batteries for the future, or activate them now by charging them.
I did try to charge both of the included fly more batteries, and one charged and the other did not.
Quirious if the one that did not charge would be covered under a warranty.

The box was unopened and still shrink wrapped when I purchased it.
Also, I did check the serial number for the non functional battery with DJI serial number check, and it said it was never used.
Anyone have an answer for me?

I have included a picture of the battery, but incase that does not show up here being too big or something, the serial number is

Any help would be appreciated.

I would love to, but I purchased it from someone in Facebook marketplace. I could show you the post and transactions if that would help.

Well, I guess if you purchase something that is literally still in the box and unopened and you do not have a retail purchase receipt for it, there is no warrantee, eh?
No big deal as I have 7 other good batteries.
I was just curious how this all goes, and now I know.
