hi..

i recently having issue on my Dji O3 unit and Dji Air Unit... both of them has no option to enter manual mode..

in my goggles 2, "button customization" and "gain and expo" are greyed out / unselectable..

BUT when i switch to my Avata.. ALL works well...

I didnt have this issue before till yesterday.. ALL firmwares are up to date...

Please assist... appreciate any help.. thanks..

Because the rates are customizable on the firmware of your drone. It could be BetaFlight o INAV or Kiss.
That menu is only available with DJI Drones.
And it's much better like this because BetaFlight o INAV or Kiss could give you so much more opportunities.

thanks for the reply man... but regardless of the rates.. my issue now is I cannot event select button customisation and set my drone to Manual Mode..

You have to customize your buttons in Betaflight. I guess you bought a bind and fly with an O3. Pretty much everything about the drone and the controller will be set in Betaflight (or iNav which is far less common).
Maybe tell us what you got...
