Tengo este problema al intentar subir las fotos a la plataforma SmartFarm web.
Alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

Hi there, please note that this software DJI SmartFarm is for Agras drones. You can refer to: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/ag-platform
Phantom 4 Pro works with DJI GO 4: https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/phantom-4-pro

The SmartFarm currently supports only the following aircraft to upload photos and construct: the M300 series, the Mavic 2 Enterprise, Phantom 4 RTK, P4 Multispectral, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series, and DJI Mavic 3M.  Please note that photo uploading from other models will fail.
