Sadly not,   most of the my plans involved spending half the day on the veg patch and I just draw the line at doing that in the rain.

Great shot and edit.    It appears that outdoor chores will not get done today unless it clears up super fast.

Ive cancelled re sealing with silicon the parents conservatory roof for today,   and Ive just collected a boot full of top soil that needs moving and I think thats enough to get me soaked today.

A thin ray of hope.

Sounds like the weather guessers' track record of reliable forecasts has bottomed out.  On a scale of 1 to 10 you can't get any lower than 1.

It really is beginning to try my patience,  only yesterday did I pop out for as flight and then get rained on.

I with you on that.  Today's forecast called for a sunny day with no rain and a high of 32C.  I woke up this morning to a rain shower.  Fortunately, it has blown over so maybe I can get some stuff done outdoors today.

I know 12C is still not that good but it sure beats the 2C you've had and having to wear gloves when you fly.  No doubt the MIL was appreciative for you giving her a ride to get the booster jab.  I'm thinking the trip to the art gallery gave you some new ideas.

It was 3-4c this morning. As the sun came up you can just see the mist burning off in todays Timelapse.


The exhibition I went to see was a complete waste of time. Id seen an article the guardian about it and wanted to see the rest of the work,   what I didnt realise was that the paper had printed everything that was in the exhibition so there was nothing new to see.

It did in some ways,  they were setting up two new exhibitions that look like they will be worth a visit,  and I treated myself to some chips .  SWMBOd was not happy about that as she missed out.  

And of course the gallery is free and my local knowledge got me free parking,  so not a huge issue.

It's funny how the town has changed though,  I used to go there all the time as a kid and it was great,    now I walk around and feel totally out of place.
