Thank you for patiently waiting. Please follow the solution below to possibly rectify the issue:
1. Check whether the firmware versions of the device and accessories are the latest. If not, update the firmware to the latest versions.
2. Play the original footage on the device or use another video player (PotPlayer recommended) to play the original footage, and check whether the audio and video images are out of sync.
3. If audio and video images are played synchronously when you play the original footage on the device or use another video player to play the original footage, it indicates that the out-of-sync is caused by the decoding failure of the video player or computer. Try to replace the video player.
Note: HEVC (or H.265) videos recorded by Osmo Pocket 3 must be decoded before they can be properly played. Without decoding, issues such as abnormal colors and audio/video image out-of-sync may occur during playback of the videos.
4. Try to reset the camera
5. Try to use a different microSD card to further isolate the issue.
