Today I flew a Ground Station mission, total trip about 3000 ft, after the 3rd leg it hovered.  It just sat there, I must have pressed something in the ground station app to stop the programmed flight. But since I was in Naza mode I switched my S1 to RTH, then back to GPS and easily got the command to fly back from Grounstation. And flew back to where I was.  

Can anyone tell me what I could have pressed to stop the programmed flight?
