I thought the same thing. It's funny on one of the chairs there is a pillow that says You're a Great Neighbor. I wondered if the giver was hard of hearing.

Nicely done Charles.    Looks like a nice neighborhood with shopping nearby.  Plenty of space for the music room but they had no acoustic panels installed for better sound.
