Hello All,
Hoping someone can advise me further before sending my brand new drone back as faulty.
I have several problems/questions that I hope someone can advise on.
I received my new drone on Wednesday and tried it out. It was flying fine for a couple of days but noticed it come up with a intermittent message in orange saying "Sensor Error" but after a reboot it went away.
I took it out again today and it was flying a bit funny. Upon landing it kind of lost control and I struggled getting it to land but once it touched down it flipped itself over and failed to power off the props no matter what I pressed and they just continued to spin at full power. the controller was unresponsive. I had to pull the battery out to stop it.
No damange occured to the drone, it looks good as new still.
I restarted the drone and now it is flashing up with 3 error messages on the goggles.
1. Sensor Error 2. IMU Calibration Required 3. Gimbal Stabilisation unable to work
I have tried recalibrating the IMU but nothing happens then flashes up recalibration failed.
I reset the drone to factory setting and tried again and still the same issue.
I'm running the latest firmware.
I have DJI care refresh but really don't want to use that if the drone is faulty.
If the drone is faulty then can I send it back to the retail store for a replacment and change the DJI care to the new drone?
Thanks in advance.
