thanks AJ,   I was quiting the sunrise shots this week,  but my body clock hasn't adjusted so I did one more day.

Sunrise is 5:30am here at the moment,   the bet light is an hour before that and then I have an 10 mile morning walk to get around to the spots I like to fly from.
