I have bought a P3A early September.
Since then I have problems with the video signal.
I have flown some 20 times. Almost every flight the video signal gets lost.
The distance is not important.  Also the DJIApp crashes regularly.
The signal is always weak (most bars are red).
I have installed the latest firmware, paired the RC, calibrated the gimble,cleared ans turned off the video cache, tried another USB cable.
I also tried several phones: Samumsung S4, S6, S6-edge.
But this does not improve the problem.
The end of September I could not get any connection after I started the drone.
I turned off and on the drone, the RC, removed the SD card, changed cable andphone.
Then after an hour I could get a signal again.
I have decided to return the drone. My (Dutch) supplier has sent the drone toDJI. I am still waiting for a response.
I have a strong feeling that I bought a defective drone.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

Yesterday, after more than 5 weeks waiting I received my P3A.
DJI replaced the RC, the receiver and the cooling fan. I think the lightbridge module has been replaced. Maybe the previous one got overheated. The fan should prevent this.
I remember reading somewhere that the lightbridge electronics can become quite hot. This could be the cause for (my) signal transmission problems.

Anyway I have updated the RC (1.4.30). The firmware was already 1.4.10.
I have now flown three charges and so far not a single transmission loss.
The image transmission settings look the same.
So far I keep my fingers crossed. It will take a while before my confidence is back.
