Hello. Who can tell me why I don't have those options after switching position "P" to "F". On the screen I got multiple flyight options, When I slide that I don' have follow me, poi ect.

Are you using a tablet/phone that has a gps chip in it? Updated to latest firmware?

Phone galaxy s6. I turn on gps and wifi

Tell me pls as well if I swich on rc and phantom. Sometimes I see notice ( warming up for a few sec) not every time and after 2-6 sec dissapear and is safe to fly. Is it normal? After buying I did imu cal . Was fine ( didits in imc cal option)

Yes, it is normal for the aircraft to warm up for a minute or two. When you switch  to F mode, there is a little button that appears on the left hand side of your screen. Tap that and it should bring up all of the flight options
