i have this error(see pic) when tablet connect to remote control can not get live stream

i have phantom4
and my device is Samsung Tab S2 8" with android 6.0.1 and i install Dji go app version v2.8.4
also i enable MTP and Usb debugging and i using usb cable with choke
and i try with other device and system fully work but in S2 tablet it didnt work

please say what i should to do?

Hello rahmani, please refer to our device support list. S2 tablet might be not compatible with the DJI GO APP.

Since the marshmallow 6.0 update on my Samsung Tab A, I have to set the USB debugging mode to RNDIS, not MTP.Marty

Use a different cable, or try enabling USB debugging in settings > developer options. Also try changing from 'MTP' to 'USB Mass Storage' mode or vice versa, until it works.

It is compatible, it's your device that may not be compatible as it's not a DJI recommended device.
You have to search to see if changing configurations may get it to work.

Install USB driver for Android, and exstract before u launch DJI GO 4.
