DJI have conformed that Apple will not be receiving any stock until at least the middle of November... I think you have zero chance of getting anything by 1/11/16....

I'm pretty sure that "Middle of October is generic to give them leeway.  I mean, for those with common sense that is.

As for the "Fly More Combo" not shipping?  Are you certain of that?  You've reached out and asked EVERY SINGLE PERSON that ordered that?  Man...I wish I had your time to speak to the people all over the world to get their "yes or no" about their fly more combos.

I bow down to you and your ability to know that.  Apparently per the shipping spreadsheet on this forum, only 300 people ordered in the whole world.  What was I thinking?  Man...I must've been naïve to think more than that were ordered.  How dare DJI not be able to keep up with only 300 orders.  Such a horrible company.

You my friend, win the internet.  You apparently have way more knowledge than google.

I've decided my fly more package has blocked all shipments to me. I ordered an F550 mid last week and it's still pending too. Dang you DJI. Dang you

I don't know how much "naive" we are, the only think I know is that DJI was not able to ship ALL the combos pre-ordered in the FIRST DAY  (Oct, 27th). Period.

So, er hopefully this post doesn't grow too long, but can you paste in here if you've got a confirmed tracking number (unlike the bogus one they gave me!) for a flymore combo package?

This is exactly why I'm extremely glad I ordered from a reseller through Amazon.   I'm like double protected now.   1)  they haven't charged me and 2) if something happened they would be very easy to deal with from a customer service perspective.

why bother contacting them. I just log into my credit card company, report charge, then select item not received, and BAM $1398 credited instantly.

Just a update everyone I ordered the combo promised 28/10 delivery so i called my supplier today we are now expecting 15/11 delivery im in no great rush as long as its here by xmas as im in USA for xmas and i can get one cheaper then so we will see.

Well if it makes anyone feel better the Karma is vapor ware at this point too. I planned to pick up the one with the Hero5 housing to hold me over until my Mavic combo shows up because I was going to get the grip anyway. Well low and behold, you can't find any even though they have "launched". Website says the one with the Hero5 ships 11/28, lol. Maybe they are fighting over the same manufacturing facility.

I'll give it till the end of this month.  If I do not at least hear a firm commitment by DJI on the fly more combo status then I will cancel my order and dispute my CC charges.  A formal complaint to the FTC may be in order as well (but of course that will get you nothing....)

I was really hoping that DJI would be a responsible and respectable company to do business with but so far I have been sorely disappointed.

no way am i going to get a Karma. Just have to go with a P4. dont have any choice as i am traveling, otherwise i'd wait for Mavic. This is worst experience then buying a new Ferrari. lol

But rest assure! Our people are on it, and cranking out 1 a day. =D

For what it's worth, I ordered a fly more package from Drone World on 4 Oct. Their shipping estimate was (and still is) mid-to-late November. Seems reasonable, based on what's been happening with all the orders.

that's all bs... hear one after another since the 15th. But here's my take on the whole thing. If you're not in a hurry, DONT CANCEL your order. Its not like you'll be buying a Karma, so what is the point of canceling and experience more delays.

It's incredible to see a company like this, providing such poor customer service. But reality is its a Chinese company, and they do whatever they want there. Your best bet is to order one from Apple, or some big name corporation. There are contracts done between them, and DJI will not fail to deliver. This delay is likely due to DJI trying to fulfill x-amount of units to business partners first.

I ordered through Apple online store knowing that shipping will be only within November but of course, as it was initially said that it will be available in Apple stores as of November 2nd, I was hoping to get it perhaps at the same time. Where did you ever see that Apple will have them for sale November 2? I've seen a lot of people on the forums stating that, but haven't seen anything that actually verifies it.
