OK, spoke to customer service. I was told they did get "some" in, and mine will most likely ship early next week. He also said it's a good thing I ordered on the 27th, as they are still fulfilling orders from then.

And this is exactly what's so messed up about B&H. I literally just got off the phone with them and the guy told me they haven't received any units and that the last they heard from DJI about when they should receive some was late December. I ordered my combo on 09/27 at 12pm. I was definitely one of the first.
Such clumsy, BS costumer service...

They told me it will ship today! She would not tell me how many they got in but I tried to find out. She said they still have a lot of people waiting.

So glad I didn't count on getting the combo from B&H - the whole experience dealing with them has been an absolute clusterduck. I've bought a TON of stuff from them in the past, (well into the 5 figures) but with this, it's made me seriously rethink doing business with them in the future. No useful communication. Inconsistent or downright purposely vague responses when prodded - often at best, boilerplate responses. With the choices out there for equipment, no thanks.

I'll keep my order open as I've got a friend who wants a Mavic who didn't order early, but I ended up lucking out by getting one in person at an Apple store (In Greensboro, NC - I literally got their ONLY one that had gotten in stock). This is after obsessively checking every Apple store within 150 mile radius of Orlando, FL and Winston-Salem, NC (was on a recent multi-stop trip - I live in Connecticut). Got some batteries at retail price through eBay (getting delivered Friday) and got the USB adapter for double retail on eBay as well (also being delivered Friday). My recommendation for those who have a trip or other important event (like I do) coming up - visit Apple stores in PERSON and ask them to check PHYSICAL STOCK. NONE of the online inventories are being updated as you have people (A-Holes like me, haha) coming in and getting them before they have a chance to update online inventory numbers.

Congrats to those that have it being shipped!  I'm glad to see some movement atleast I still have my order from the 29th open but I'm no longer in a rush cause I finally received the bill to repair the M5 smg which will be paid monday so hopefully B&H does not ship mine until sometime after that hehe.

I have not gotten a shipment confirmation, but have been informed that my order has went to the warehouse and my CC has been charged.  I ordered around 1:30 eastern on sept 27.

I placed my order with b&h, but there are a ton of reports on both reddit and facebook that best buy is shipping... and more than "under 20 units" unlike b&h.

I just ordered mine yesterday...LOL! Don't mind me...I will move to the back of the line.

Well this will be the last time I order anything drone related from them. DJI screwed the pooch, but it seems B&H equally has botched on their end. Lessons learned.

Checked B&H website at 4 PM, order in stock, transferred to wherehouse.

Fly more combo, ordered from B&H, September 27, 1:56 PM. Status changed today at around 4 PM to "In Stock, Order Sent To Warehouse ".

SHIPPED FINALLY! got a tracking number today it arrives tomorrow! Ordered the DJI mavic $999 option on September 27th at 2:45PM. Good luck to everyone else waiting!

Received by B&H today! Ordered standard Mavic ($999) Sept 27 at 11:41am (mountain). Shipped 11/23. Received in Colorado on 11/29. Waiting sucks. Good luck everyone, I hope B&H received a good sized shipment from DJI.

I ordered the Fly more combo from B&H, September 27, 2:40 PM. On Monday 11/28 4:14p, my card was charged and the status changed to "In Stock, Order Sent To Warehouse ".

It's still sitting in that state and no tracking number as of yet.

Shipped!  12/1 will arrive on 12/5

Just thought I'd let you know that even though my card was charged almost three days ago and the status changed to "sent to warehouse" it still hasn't been shipped.
I tried calling B&H only to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hang up and called back and, after the automated message got an agent... who transferred me to another automated message saying they are experiencing a large volume of calls and will call me back.
Talk about a company that has absolutely no pride in providing quality customer service.
I had brought stuff from them before and it's easy to claim you're a good retailer when everything goes smoothly, but it's stuff like this that separates the wheat from the chaff.
They certainly lost a customer in me.

I'm now seeing people with order dates later than mine getting shipping notices for their FMCombo on dronehome.io
