Well, a start could be to ask your sales team to respond to emails.  If they are not going to respond then their isn't much point in telling people to email that address for questions about their order.

I also hope you are not insinuating that I am blaming DJI for stealing my money.  I don't think you are since my post that you replied to was my very first post and I never said anything like that but due to the lack of any other content other than an apology in the reply it seems like you are. While I appreciate your apology it is not very comforting at this point.  All I really want is an update on when my order is currently expected to ship, I don't understand why you (actually, your company) cannot provide that kind of information at this point.  This is certainly not the first drone that DJI has released and your company should have better processes in place for these releases, even if the better processes is just better support to respond to questions and better visibility into the order status/timeframe.

Interesting, can DJI please ship September orders before October , shouldn't matter which vendor , dates are dates , first come first served should go.

I hope you get yours soon you should check on a seperate page DJI has yesterday I check and saw that it was assgin to Fedex and then this morning it shows as shipped with a tracking number and it will be leaving this week from china I live in the USA.

Your right I was checking on a separate DJI website where its only for orders and it show yesterday night before I was going to sleep that it was pending and that it was assign to Fedex this morning it has been shipped out through Fedex

It is so easy to mantain happy customer dji pubblish where are order a track so user are more happy to know, otherwise a lot of people in future never buy any dji device, i will wish buy new oso mobile, but all this lack of info about order timing excec ths company standard marketing message, we need moe care of your customers, without us we will loose your job, i undestand unexpect so great success for thsi new products, but honestly if it will happen to you, whicj you think about company, repeat the r is no problem wait but give info about shipping pubblish every day where you are arrrived with shipping is not so difficult

People ordered in DJI shop on Oct received their drones, but my drone ordered online on Sep 29 is still waiting to be shipped.

So on http://www.dronehome.io/dji_track/orders/recent you can check to see who is getting what and when from DJI with regards to the new Mavic.  In the last week they have shipped ONLY 63 orders.  They are still shipping September orders 2 weeks after specifying it is going to take 7-8 weeks to ship ALL orders up until November 3rd.  At a rate of 63 a week, I can't see that being the case.  Also, being a UK resident I am disturbed to see that only ONE order was shipped to the UK in the last week.  As a Fly Combo Purchaser on 1st October I fear at these shipping rates it will be closer to February before my order is fulfilled and closer to April for all those near to November 3rd.  Come on DJI!!

I highly recommend you emailing them with screen capture of that we post here bug them the hell out tell them the truth whats going down... I think its not fare for you guys with 29 sept order when this is not a first come first serve they are shipping per week through continental allocation which is retarded I think they should ship the orders through... Unless their manufacturing line is not pulling out enough orders from earlier dates and cannot comprise with all the online clients and they try to distribute the dates, which has less orders and allocation then hit them hard with the 27, 28,29, 30 sept orders then to clear those out... I think its a mistake they should clear those orders and work with the smaller ones. But I am also thinking they are working with continental allocation. Last week european shipment and this week its American continent allocation.

As I sayd before, my order is from 09/28 (Fly more combo) to Spain, and is Still Pending, many people in Spain is already with the MAvic, and today I've been in the oficial dealer of DJI in my town, And he told me that they will have mavic for sale on shop on second week december. On other side, people from around the world is getting the mavic before all if us ho make a preorder. Simply no fair

Perdona que estas esperando yo también estuve esperando 43 días hasta que ya han dado señal de enviado... lo tendré para la semana que viene, eso si solo me pedi el sin combo porque se que iban a tardar mas y ademas, luego pillare las baterías cuando las cosas han escarmentado aquí con los envíos....

Absolutely. More, DJI admitted this has developed in an unprecedented issue where thousands of people wait indefinitely while their credit cards have been debited. DJI must use the millions they cashed in to adapt production accordingly.

Waiting we all are but this is (and should not be) normality situation. Imagine if all orders / pre-orders will be like this case.

It's not possible that they just send this a day!!! for example, the USER Watsue is from Spain, and he says he already have it shipped. And I cant see any Spanish flag on the website

Good news. It's a shame it took so long. Looks like only a bunch of Mavics have been shipped in Europe so far.
Lesson learned for the future DJI products delivery... Customers won't forget how they'e been treated this time.

Abandoned DJI Chat long time ago, only tied once in the beginning, like any normal, faithful, paying customer.
Got "dismissed" the same way we all have been so far and for as long as we're willing to wait for this "holly grail" of drones. ... Can't believe this ....

Awesome! Congrats ReyH, i hope you get one of the updated Mavics and get some really cool footage. Im super jealous, but also excited to see how DJI handles this situation with its customers that have preordered directly through them in September and still haven't received their Mavic. You should reach out to Apple and thank them for getting those so fast, you can obviously tell that they sent the big lawyers in after the initial delay {:4_177:}

I'm seeing Fly More Combo's ordered the same day and a few days after I ordered that have shipped to the U.S. yet mine hasn't shipped yet.

what happened to the promise of first come, first serve?  while I'm really happy some october orders are receiving shipping updates and/or have actually received the mavic.  my september order has had no updates since the original "sorry we missed mid october" update.  i've emailed customer service multiple times and they respond with the same copy pasted message.  this is incredibly frustrating.  stuck on "pay confirmed" status.  ugh.

Any estimate on 3rd party re-sellers getting their shipment.. I made the mistake of ordering via DJI re-sellers not DJI website on Sept 29th.. I've contacted the re-seller and they haven't gotten any shipments and it seems almost laughable for them to get an answer from DJI.. To be fair, it's a reflection on DJI not the re-seller

It is a bummer for people not receiving orders from Sept, the upside not forcing DJI to fill in orders as fast as they can is to maintain quality control, I rather have a good product because returning it is more of a hassle.. I think they already recognized the concern, when I ordered mine last oct 1st, I just forget it and go on with my daily routine and set my expectation on shipment by first week of december...

Because those of us who paid more to buy the combo have been put to the back of the shipping queue. DJI still say that they ship on a first come, first served basis. We know that this is not true. People who have ordered later than I have have received their orders and anyone who ordered just the Mavic (not the combo) is likely to receive their order long before those of us who were stupid enough to order directly from DJI and those of us who were stupid enough to pay for the combo product... Thus those who paid more get to fly less....

did your order get canceled later? I purchased another form Newegg today and saw them still in sto ...

I got an email saying there was a server glitch, and my order would be shipped December 15th, and to let them know if I wanted to cancel. So I canceled with Newegg, since I think that December 15th isn't too far off when I hope my Mavic I ordered on October 23 will arrive.
