GoPro Seeker should fit nicely for Mavic system and ipad mini.  There are alot of review on this.

I went to a local bestbuy today. I tried the `seeker` in person and the upper room cannot house a Mavic.

I like the build quality of GoPro Seeker, but it designed for GoPro device....

Keep us updated on this if thats ok, looks perfect

I will have one tomorrow as well.
Might post some pics.
For the most part i dont bother with taking chargers for a trip down to the park or most day trips, just my 2 spare batteries, the mavic, the controller with phone and small (18"x18") foldup canvas landing pad for now
A car charger would be handy though.
I will show better dimensions tomorrow some time.

the upper compartment could be used for battery or charger.  The mavic should go into the main compartment.

ah, but don't you think it would be nice to have a `hard house` to protect Mavic?
IMHO, the main room is too soft. It's a waste to put batteries inside the upper cell

Just finished my first weekend with the mavic.  The Mavic bag suited the purpose for a quick shoot at the local golf course.  I will be getting something for traveling, or anything more long term. I also think I will be putting the Mavic itself inside of a cinch bag as an extra precaution against crud getting inside of it.

I am able to fit everything that came in my fly more combo into the standard DJI bag.  Here's a breakdown: the drone fits in the main left-side compartment (camera down),  two batteries fit in the main right-side compartment by placing them side-by-side at the bottom and then I put the controller on top of them at an angle so the remote knobs aren't squished.  The front zippered compartment holds the regular charger block and cable AND the battery charging hub, spare props fit on the left side compartment (place that looks like you could store a water bottle) and then the car charger and RC charger cable fit in the other right-side water compartment.  Then I have 5x SD cards in the flat zippered compartment (the flag with the velcro), and lastly the inside zippered small pocket above the main compartment holds the battery to power bank adapter and other cell phone dongles for the RC.  All in total the regular DJI pack holds everything pretty easily.

The original packaging fits nicely in this Pelican case. A bit more piece of mind when traveling.

Which model Pelican case is that? I like that idea....

Here is a pelican im2200.  Easily fits fly more package with room for additional batteries.
TSA carry-on compliant.  Pluck out foam lines up good with joysticks.

I'm doing a couple things:

My daily setup is what goes with me in the vehicle.  It's my camera, GoPro and Mavic Pro.  Everything I need for spur-of-the-moment photo/videography.

My other setup uses the Mavic bag.  I load the Mavic in the right, controller and spare props and my filters in the left compartment and my chargers in the front.  I removed the flap to cut down on bulk and the bag slips nicely into my normal carry-on back-pack along with my laptop, tablet, camera, cables, chargers, etc.  Finally my 4 spare batteries stack nicely in a small neoprene bag I got from Amazon. (Link)

I don't have photos of the inside layout, but here is the Mavic bag with the flap cut off:

Finally, a reminder:  The control sticks DO come off!  I have a small baggie I put them in and I save a LOT of space taking them off for transport.

$27 bucks at Wal-Mart.... even has a pocket to keet the controller and it's magnets away from the rest of the drone...

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Field ... Pack-Black/26357370

Mole straps and velcro patches on it... as well as plenty of room for 4 batteries, all your chargers and spare props....

I Use A Lowepro Format 160 (on sale right now for $29.95 at Best Buy) soft case with shoulder strap, which holds everything, including an extra battery, and a HPRC 2300 ($66.90 at B&H), a lockable, waterproof, hard case. The Lowepro fits inside the HPRC 2300 perfectly and doesn't require you to swap out the equipment! This is my second HPRC case (I prefer HPRC over Pelican, mainly due to the weight/cost differences). I used my first HPRC case (2700) for my Phantoms and accessories, and I loved the quality. I sold the Phantom to purchase the Mavic (took two months to receive). I needed a new hard case for it, so I purchased the smaller 2300 case for it. I love HPRC's hard cases for their stylish design, durability, lock ability, and water proof design (I am a kayaker).
The lightweight soft case is great for short walks before flying. I keep everything I need in the soft case, and coincidentally, the soft case fits Perfectly In the 2300, so I don't have to swap the equipment out of the soft case to put it in the 2300! I lock the HPRC case lid using small locks, and then am able to lock the case to the metal frame of the seating inside my vehicle, so I don't have to worry about theft.
Also, since I don't use the included foam for my drone transportation, I can customize the foam for other type of equipment (photo equip, firearms, etc.) and easily swap out my drone's soft case for the foam when needed.
I think this HPRC 2300 case/Lowepro Format 160 combo is the PERFECT solution for the Mavic, and the cost was very reasonable (about $100 for both).
NO, I DON’T WORK FOR, OR SELL HPRC PRODUCTS; I just really love their product!

I have photos, but cant figure out how to post them here...?

Roocase sling
It's pretty compact but it should hold the Mavic, controller, and hopefully two spare batteries.  Maybe just one.  I also have a Plano hard case that I'll use for when I'm not hiking/biking/etc.

Like this one.

Lowepro Hatchback 22l for me.
All my Mavic gear fits perfectly in the back/lower pocket, and lots of room for other stuff in the pockets & top portion. Great all-around pack for short or long trips.

Billingham Hadley Pro

I am currently using Billingham Hadley Pro for my Panasonic GX8 and DJI Mavic. I also carry my iPad Pro 12.9" with it. The good thing about this bag is the two front pockets fit the controller with an iPhone 6s already attached.

I use this one, lot of space.
