Ok so, i want to order a Phantom 4 Pro directly from DJI, because Amazon doesn't have them at the moment.

What happens if my P4P (very unlikely now, since DJI has a lot of Experience with the Phantom Series) crashes? No, not pilot error, i'm talking about mid air Motor Failure etc, does this get covered by DJIs Warranty, is there any Warranty, or just DJI Care Refresh?

I believe the warranty covers you if it is deemed to not be your fault or the environment you were flying in. Refresh covers accidents caused by you or your environment as long as you don't lose the drone.

If aircraft cashes, we will help you analyze that, if it's caused by product faulty, and it accords with warranty policy, then it will be covered by DJI warranty.
