As the title says. There's an Amazon sale going on with a price dropped case but I read that the landing gear on the Pro one is slightly longer.

Where did you read that one is different from the other?
Please provide a pic, or hyperlink of the case in question. We can't read your mind, nor forecast the future. ;-)

Well, the sale is over now anyways ;)
But still, I've used an Amazon Basic photo backpack for my P3 drone back then, maybe it'll fit in there again!

I have two cases for my Phantom 3 Pro', a DJI branded hardshell backpack, and more recently picked up a Plasticase Nanuk 945 hard side case with Phantom 3 cutout foam. It's probably one of the nicest case I own, and I have several. Also use Badlands Packs for my hunting gear and Scentlok clothing. Love the Monster Fanny Pack...An awesome Doskosport case houses my Mathews bow and a few dozen arrows. Numerous LowePro camera and lens cases and other gear of theirs. Yeah, I have cases, galore...
