What wifi address is supposed to show up as your connected wifi?

Same problem here. The status-LED is purple.
DJI service told me the purple color means the device is in software update state.
They recommended to try updating the remote with DJI Assistant 2, but  DJI Assistant 2 and  Go App both say 'unknown device'.
I brought it back to my dealer and he said it will take 3 month !!!! for repair.
Very annoying DJI. The problem obviously is known since 1 year, i bought the phantom 4 three weeks ago!

I updated the firmware on my P4P and now the controller has the purple light and won't connect. I have tried the c1 c2 sequence in the posts but the purple light persists and wont connect to the drone. I flew it for 2 hours yesterday and it worked perfectly but I kept getting the firmware upgrade warning so i did it this morning and now nothing happening..help!

I'm sorry to hi-jack the thread, but I'm too new to open a new thread, apparently.
I'm having a problem between the P4P+ and the RC.
This is new, never flown and I haven't gotten through set up, yet.

have the same problem how does one fix it

My go fly app is not respondinghello, my go fly doesn't work

I tried the C1 C2 method ...Purple still persists ...no connection
