Tell us how you were able to keep everything in focus?  This is one area that I am having trouble with when using the osmo+.  Share your settings besides using manual ...

Thanks again for the compliments guys.  
To answer the question about keeping everything in focus, I really didn't do much.  For each scene I was going to shoot, I looked at what I wanted to highlight and I touched the screen to focus in that area, then shot the scene.  But for the most part, I kept the focus to either just right or just left of center (depending on the location).  The OSMO + did the rest.

Now that I know what it is...looking for all the super tiny details!!  This is so much fun.  I really want to do something like this too.

I also noticed (the 1st time) for one of the scenes...you blurred out someone or something that was on the right side of the screen...what was that and why was that done?

ProQuad, I had to blur out an elderly woman that wasn't supposed to be in the scene.  She came walking in while we were shooting and she would not allow us to show her in the edited video.

There is definitely motion happening in the background from time to time (big location, busy building with a lot of people in it) and the old folks (despite their best efforts) had a really hard time sitting perfectly still, so we had to do all kinds of things to help out.  For example, in the bar there is a table of women toasting with martini glasses, take another look and you'll see that the glasses are empty (the liquid bounced around too much).  In addition, you'll notice in the bar and in the restaurant that most times when someone is reaching with their hand, their elbow is on the table to help steady things.  In post production, I found that if I jogged the speed at the right moment, I could make blinks and random motion disappear.  MANY of the problems with people in the background, people moving, people blinking were wiped away with random little speed-ups in post production.  

One thing to keep in mind, is that to really sell the effect, you need little things that ground the scene in reality.  If you notice in the bar, there appears to be beer pouring by one gentleman and the football game on TV is frozen.  These little things really help to sell it.

If you are interested, after having fun with the senior citizen Mannequin Challenge, my family and I decided to do one at our house on Christmas.  I posted it in this forum on Christmas night and I think it got lost in the mix (didn't get many views).

Read the description on the page... the biggest difference in this video is that I shot it all in one take.  It took a few tries before we got close to getting it right (there was a huge amount of things happening behind the camera to set each room up with people and props).  My family did a great job and we had a blast doing it.  Trashed the house that evening, but worth it.

Really cool, especially that all the elder people have cooperated so good. Of course in this thread there were mentioned some fine details that are "not correct" but for all this people and the time you had to shoot it, respect. Only the pans are sometimes to fast for me, looking a little bit jittery sometimes. But that doesn't matter. Really cool shot. And the other video with your family,, too!
