I had the same problem.  I read this and was able to piece it together for Cyberlink Photodirector.  Go to lens correction put in Sony for the make, HDR AS100V for the model, and 170 D for the profile.  Then use a little Vignette correction, and you'll have it.  Or shoot in JPG.

If you have a skyline you'll probably have to add a little fish eye distortion.

You are shooting RAW and you need to apply lens correction to the image, there is nothing wrong with your camera. Since you have to ask, it would suggest you do not know how to deal with or process RAW images, so it would be a good idea to find a tutorial on the subject and do some learning. Either that or stick to JPEG images until you are able to deal with RAW.

Geebax answer is a good one.
The issue is the software you are using - not the camera.
If you use Lightroom or Photoshop you wouldn't see a problem.
Do you really need to shoot raw when you want to combine images to create HDR?
Try shooting jpg and make it easier on yourself.
You won't notice any quality difference and you won't have the vignette issue.
