Hi Dario (Ruben),
The problem you encountered is relating to minor deviation in manufacturing tolerance of the 1345T props where red props are always a little bit looser than the white props. This problem was well-known to all of us since the 1345T props lock system was introduced in Oct 2015.
It seems to me that the foam insert of the new 1345LS system makes the 1345T props manufacturing tolerance issue becoming apparent - the foam insert jacked the red prop off the prop mounting plate. All the hold-down thrust imposed by the turning buckle (the retaining ring) to the props was taken up by the foam insert at the top centre of the mounting plate (rather than the designed location at the broad base surface of the mounting plate for taking the thrust in order to maintain rigidity of the prop mounting system), loosening the already loose red prop base surface grip to the mounting plate. The result - red prop wobbles and rattles.
I suggest not to use the foam insert for the Inspire 1 1345T props. (The Inspire 2 props mount system is of different design - there are slotted keys in different directions at the prop mounting surfaces for eliminating wobbling and rattling, so the foam insert inside the 1550 props has no adverse effect)
If you still find the red prop rattles without inserted foam, there are different ways to tackle the problem. Here is how I tackle the problem by using black vinyl tape (electric tape) as shim to reestablish the required tight surface grip between the base of prop and the mounting plate in the 1345T prop system. The photos at the end of this post speak for themselves.
The beauty of this method is several folds - (1) vinyl tape is elastic which automatically generates the required shim thickness when it is being compressed under locking thrust imposed by the turning buckle, (2) the vinyl tape maintains large contact area between the prop and the mounting plate, completely eliminate prop rattling when motor spins, (3) the cost is low, re-shimming is easy (no need to loosen any single screw).
The set of the 1345T prop mounting plates and props that came with my Inspire 1 Pro in Oct 2015 are still in perfect condition up to this moment. I logged more than 46 hours of flight time (more than 700km range) without replacing any of the four 1345T mounts, nor replacing any single prop since day one.
Hope this help, and hope you can fly confidently without any need of sending your Inspire 1 with 1345LS mounts back to DJI.
