At 198+ hours/11.2M feet, 1700 flights, and looks like I'm about to be a level 50. Anyone know what that means exactly?
Hello, Congratulations for your level which I am sure is now 50. As for me in the community, I had never met a pilot who had also reached this level. It would be interesting to share our experiences.
Its been 3 years of asking DJI Experts on DJI Support but still they do not have the words to explain that what this DJI Pilot Level actually means and who can someone find this on DJI's official website.
If you check my recent records from the following image with green box highlighted, you might consider that I am one from the top level Pilots but even I am being un answered from DJI.
If some one know about this, please share the knowledge for good reasons . . .
It's hard to figure. I am stuck at Level 1, but have flown (almost 8M ft) many more feet than folks with higher levels. I think it has to do with uploading your pictures - which I have done almost none.

Your Level 1 is related to how much participation you have on this forum.
You have no Started Threads and only 2 replies ...... hence = LvL 1
Take a look at your Flight Records to see where you are......

Someone replied to me that level is an indication of forum participation. I was only a level 1 until recent forum participation despite 9M ft flown. I guess you have to reply and start forum threads to boost the level according to what I was told in this forum.

They use an equation combining your
total flights
total hours
And total miles flown
It is just for bragging rights unless you have become a lisenced drone pilot and are looking for a job as one then it is your logbook as a normal pilot has and can mean the difference between getting the job or missing out

I have over 1,000 DJI hours and am level 50, but tops out at 308 hrs no matter how much I sync.....but never heard anything about what that means haha
Top, you are among the most experienced pilots with this number of miles
