From what I see, it looks like this has been taken care of. Please let me know if you run into any issues, or have any additional questions or concerns.

All taken care of with 187 emails and many hours of wasted time if DJI support properly completed the License transfer with the right CINE CORE SN:

Glad it is working "  It seems  License issues are Handle only by HQ" very limited access is given to support staff.   

However  the follow care was great .. even received phone calls to help from DJI.

Hi, I have similar issue. DNG-Prores licens are missing after last FW upgrade. Spent all day trying to contact Support but no one can help. Very frustrating.

This is more then likely the same kind of issue that I was having  ,  In the Assistance 2 software must see the the Activation Page instead of the License information Purchase Page.

If not seeing the correct page, Then the issue is the  DJI License server issue not seeing the CINECore SN .

I am having the same problem. I purchased pre-installed DNG and Prores licensees. 5.2k CIneDNG works fine, Prores say " not record "  On the A2 assistant it shows a license serial number.

Any help?
