On December 29th 2016 i ordered a Site Survey Solutions package ($9,900.00) Order Number:  0017126478098 and inquired several times via email to get a shipping status.
Until February 16th 2017 i recieved nothing but a response that they are getting a lot of email and it may take some time to respond. They sugested I use their "chat" website but i have tried three seperate computers and can not get a connection with any body.
The website states that delivery would be 1 month. It has been 2.5 months and a maybe a shipping some time in March 2017!!
I am begginning to think that I am a victim of International Wire Fraud!

Maybe PM some of the forum moderators, then call DJI support, and then talk to the payment bank you used.
