I am talking to support and they tell me g8+ is not supported yet.
I followed the post to uninstall and reinstall and everything is working except.
1. The max altitude only shows the numbers 1-6 and the tip top of 7 8 and 9. Same is true for the Maximum Fight Distance
2. The Return-To-Home-Altitude is has all the numbers on the screen and no issues.

Super weird. I'm set in WKHD+ and it's been working "fine" (apart from the occasional crash...)
Whats the fix, mine says the same thing but my last S8+ was fine like it auto corrected itself or something. This one looks somewhat ok but has a big record button.
I have had my S8+ running my mavic since day 1 of the s8 coming out.. No issues. I do set the screen display on the phone to HD and not the ultra high HD setting that keeps app from crashing.
Its due to Android 7 not hardware. I had a Galaxy S7 edge that worked fine until Verizon sent out the Android 7 update then Go Pro 4 app started disconnecting during flight. I had to revert back to 6.0.1

I tried yesterday to use my S8 with DJI Go4 and it will not even start the app. Kept getting error about the screen size not matching.
i had the same Problem do u have an option to use the DJI GO App?
Using the DJI4 with Samsung S8 causes the phone to blackout the screen after a few minutes flying the drone. I had to get into the phone and open the DJI4 app again rapidly to take control of the drone again., During the blackout event the recording on the phone gets corrupted. Until there is a fix I rather used the Iphone or the Ipad.

I've been using the S8+ since April and have not had that problem. Make sure all other apps (and background process) are stopped while you're flying.
