calibrating IMU

I can' fly because I need to caliberate the IMU. I can't get past the 4th. step when following the instructions exactly.
Have upgraded copter & RC. Tried many times and ways, with same resuls. Any sugestions please ?

Yes. In the 4th. step the picture and the instructions tell me to turn copter back to the top of the copter facing up. I do this and it says
something like caliberation in progress. There it stays and goes no further. I left it in step 4 for at least 1/2 hour to see if it would go
any further, it wouldn't. 2 more steps remain. I am almost bald by now.

Help, no progress yet. Gimbal very steady and rechecking positions carefully.

Have you tried resetting the unit to factory defaults via the Assistant 2 software and try again after the unit has cooled down? Did you notice this after updating firmware, or is this happening right out of the box?

It happened after firm ware updates. I will try reset to factory defaults and try again. Will let you know.

Since you noticed this after updating the firmware, try to downgrade and see if that allows for you to calibrate properly. Worse case, you may need to get into contact with Support for a potential repair service. If you're not able to call them, you can also email support.us@dji.com or use the live chat system via the bottom of the link below:
