Hello,

I just purchased a brand new Inspire 1 v2.0 that is having an issue with Weak Image Transmission. The screen constantly refreshes and it's nearly impossible to shoot any decent footage. There are a lot of older posts about this on the internet, however none of the fixes have helped my problem. And I don't see too many recent posts.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem? All firmware is up to date and the problem is consistant on my iPhone 7 and iPad running the latest version of iOS.

Same problem here. All latest apps and firmware as off June 16th 2017. iOS DJI go app. Need some help here!

Recently also had problems with image transmission. I got the I1 which i upgraded myself last year with X5 camera. Tried different iOS devices and al the suggestions you can find. Als tried it with my original X3 camera and had the same problem.

If you can get an I pad Pro  or  Air  for testing purposes , that would be helpful.  You need a powerful  go app device .

Okay, your location and the device you are using can affect your outcome with HD signal issues.
Keep in mind the device CPU should be strong enough to handle the DJI Go App.
These are some tips that could help you with this problem

1) Close all background Apps running on your device
2) Go into the HD video page of the App and select custom mode button. Then choose a channel that is clear. Sometimes Channel 20 could be the best one to use. Also, use 4Mbps transmission and see how this works in your area.
3) Increase the video cache capacity to 8GB in general settings
4) Make sure hardware decode is turned on in general settings
5) There is a 32 channel hack that can be found on the internet (Youtube) that would increase your available channels in manual mode.

Hi Sanjaya,

This screen shot is showing the 32 channel hack that was installed on my tablet (long ago). I am using the iPad mini4 with IOS 10   Normally you will only see 13- 20


sorry for the confusion... If you feel like installing the extra channels, go to youtube and search for DJI 32 channel hack.  
Please remember that these extra channels do not work in Auto mode.... only custom mode

Thanks for the url. I have done 2 flights with iPhone 6s and Inspire 1 and it seemed to do better. The weak image signal came up right away when starting, but didn't come back...yet.

My iPad has worked great for 6 months with my P4, and then stopped. This makes me believe I have been caught by the scenario in the url you posted. I will keep testing, but have to admit if this is the problem it's pretty sad. DJI will have to start advising people they need a $600 device to fly their drone.
