Go 4 app v4.1.2 Aircraft v.01.04.0602 Remote controler v01.04.01.00 iPAD Air 2, Phantom 4 pro There are no problem with DJI GS Pro, or Litchi, or DJI Go with Inspire X5R, only with Go 4 Thanks a lot for some solution, monday I need the dron for work.

I have the same problem.

Then look up the instructions on how to backdate your firmware/software if you need it by Monday, because DJI are not going to solve it for you.

Have you tried reinstalling the Go app? Was this after updating the aircraft, the RC, or the app itself?

Thanks a lot, but this does not fix it. It seems the problem is only with the app, not with the phantom firmware. Can I downgrade DJI GO 4 for IOS? Just to the previous...

The problem start after updating the app itself.
I´m reinstall the Go 4 app repeatedly. And relink repeatedly.
No problem with iphone, or ipad with DJI Go + inspire X5R

Go into the HD video page and select custom button. ick a clear channel from 13 - 20  usually 20 9s a good one to pick but can vary depending on your location.  Also select the 6mbps speed and try it again.

This should fix the problem (as long as it is not your device having problems)

Hi PB

If you are using iOS  iPad or iPhone, go into general / language & Region,  now change your region to the USA test it out.
This is found in the iOS software  ... not the Go App

Ah, right - thanks. I didn't think I recalled it anywhere in DJI GO. I'll leave that setting alone then - you guys spell everything wrong... (hehe).

Interesting though. You've identified that in some countries the app won't let you manually change RC transmission channels, so you need to trick the app? If that's the case, I assume that's to maintain compliance with regional spectrum management regulations.

Yes, you are correct the EU has different rules and I have seen some of the guys were changing this to clear up the HD feed (some YouTube videos taking about it). It would not hurt to just try it and see if you have any luck. Anyway, its all good and I am sure you would like to keep legal in your country...
