I have an issue with my remote controller will not charge, I have received a ups shipping label and case number.
Do I only ship the Remote controller or do you want the entire drone?


If you need the entire drone, can I ship it in the original grey case and a regular brown cardboard box around it?

If you're just having issues with the RC, then just sending the RC  would be fine. You will need to bind the replacement RC to the aircraft once you get it.
