Where can I locate the firmware of the plane and RC on the GO app?

In DJI Go camera surface, click three spots in the top right corner to enter General Settings, you can find the firmware version in About.

Is there any way to stop the RC from automatically updating? I'm at Ver 1.8.1 and for now want to stay there.
