My mavic had a crash and repaired (one hand and camera replaced), after repair I noticed it is sliding left when I am slowing down,The repair company said it is normal / and it is because of wind, but there was no wind there.
Any comment about if it is normal and what could be the problem?

Ok first thing I noticed is if this is you testing it you are flying very low, so using VPS , sometimes VPS can have trouble holding steady when flying over dark surface or water or just surface like grass and surface with no texture.
If you try your test at over 15meter high say 60 ft out of VPS range see if this flying to the left is the same if it's better it might be VPS , if it's the same it could be your IMU,
You said your aircraft crashed so your IMU could need recalibration, if this is the case then you need to do a cold calibration i.e. Leave your aircraft in a cold spot for an hour, then calibrate on a level surface, it's really important that surface is level use a sprit level to make sure, also do gimbal calibration.

I am wondering when the drone have the position (as we see in the image) why it is not trying to stay in fixed position?

Have you checked controller calibration to make sure there are registering zero with no input?

From that picture its impossible to know what's happening , how can I know from this what stick movements you are making . Yes I see your your aircraft moving to the left but is that you I don't know.

Have you played your flight back on the app and checked it against stick movements?

Yea,
I checked the playback on my phone later with showing the controller status, and there was no controller push

Ok I can see now that involuntary movement left is not just veering off that's a sudden movement it could be compass problem or it could be gps , can you upload your dat file I will leave link below, there's a guy here droneflying he might have a look at you dat file and give you a better understanding of what it might be.

I see my controls are off in calibration . When you look at the flight log I could only see down to 14% on the stick before it would go to 0.

Neither of those links is to a valid DAT file; the correct file will probably be much larger than the files you linked to. Please use these instructions to access and upload the correct file and either reply directly to one of my posts or send me a Personal Message and I'll take a look at it once it's uploaded.

What log are you looking at? I uploaded the log the OP attached in a previous post and it does show both sticks in the neutral / center position during parts of the flight. Or are you talking about a separate problem you encountered not discussed here?
