I reset my controller/app (phantom 4 pro+) and it's asking me to sign in. I put in my info but it says it can't connect to wifi but doesn't give me an option to put in any info about that or try to fix it. It only gives me the option to sign in. Any idea how to fix this?

Can you access the wifi panel of the screen? I don't know the + controller, but I have read something about it... Also, could it not work because the aircraft is not connected? Maybe the reset turned off the wifi?

There is a secret drop down menu.
Swipe down from the top of the screen and you should be able to get the to the WI-FI settings.
