This will be my first time sending my mavic in for repair.  During the online process and confirmation I was told to send it in to DJI.  Yet, there was no mention of them sending me a shipping label.  What is the normal process for this.  Maybe it will arrive later by email but one would think that the process would indicate this.  If a moderator can assist me my case number is: CAS-758453-W4H4Q0.

Yeah you will get one via email. I got mine within minutes of opening the case. It came from UPS though, not DJI.

Shipping label will be sent to you by email within 1-2 business days, appreciate your patience.
