Pink/Purple flashes on screen while flying and recording

I recieved my mavic last week and everything has been great besides one thing. Increasingly, the video is getting hit with these purple flashes across the screen. I have looked it up and most people say it is just the display, but when i go directly with SD card, the pink flash is still there, right in the middle of my video, along with other lines. I havent crashed and have handled it with extreme care, so im hoping its not a faulty system. I've looked everywhere for the answer, but cant find it! Hoping someone can help, thanks.

Thank you for your update, it seems there is hardware malfunction of the gimbal cable, please contact our support to replace if it's within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving, really sorry for the experience with our product. Here is the link to obtain service: http://www.dji.com/support

is there a special replace form? Really frustrating as this is a brand new product.
