Hi,
I just got my replacement MAvic and took it for spin. I immediatelly noticed weird dark area in the image. Can you guess what is wrong, if I can fix it or I have to send Mavic to service center once again?

Dust/lint on the sensor, sorry to say this is not repairable by the end user and you'll need to send it back again. ;(

How ridiculous, someone in the Quality control needs a harsh talking to, and someone should get a working drone sent asap to this client, imagine waiting weeks to get it back, then it arrives with a fault....that's just unacceptable and this customer deserves better. I hope you get it sorted and fast!

Dust on the sensor. Whole camera and gimbal will have to be replaced.  So you have to send it back for a repair or replacement.

I apologize for the experience with our product, would you please provide me the previous case number since you just got the replacement Mavic Pro?
We really sorry for the manufacture defect, I have forwarded this problem to our management department to improve our quality control and make your experience with us better.

This should be some lint issue on the lens or simply dust

That isn't on the lens. Lens debris, unless huge, can usually be focused through, so to speak. The images provided speak pretty convincingly to sensor debris.
