I have seen lots of threads telling us all about poor service from DJI service,
my experience is as follows
silly crash
online chat with tech support as i am new to all this
raise a case
recieve shipping lables
ship to Hollland
wait 5 days to unpack ( frustratingly slow) but in the system
get pics back saying what needs repair and a quote,
pay,
recieve update that my refreshed mavic is on its way back to me
UPS delivery tracking is excellent
I HAVE MY MAVIC BACK BRILLIANT
all in the space of 2 weeks and a day ( 11 working days )
I thought i would share this as its easy to complain but not many say when they get good service.
