Does anyone know how to obtain a perfectly level horizon with the H4-3D gimbal, or is it just down to luck? I've done all the calibrations on the RC and Phantom Assistants but it makes no difference. Thanks.

Did you update the firmware to 3.12? There have been some cases in which people updated to 3.12 and the gimbal wasn't at an angle after they updated.

Yes, updated and calibrated. The gimbal is a few degrees out...

Can you get a screen shot of what you see?

Not right now, but it's 3 to 5 degrees off, maybe more...

You could try getting the Phantom perfectly level and doing an advanced IMU calibration. If it's still not level you could elevate the low side a little and calibrate again, but that may cause it to drift more while yawing. And obviously, check that the Gopro is fit into the gimbal properly and that the screws are snug.

I'm just living with it now, and correcting in post. Seems to have settled around 2 degrees out after calibrating IMU.
