Correct. Front right is 1 ,counting anti clockwise from there.

yup, M3 is the rear left motor and it is a counter clockwise motor
(front right = M1, left front = M2, rear left = M3, rear right = M4)

Note: M1 and M3 are counter clockwise motors (CCW) , M2 and M4 are clockwise motors (CW)
