I am here to give DJI some much deserved respect!  I love their products and own over half of their birds.  I had a bad situation with repairs on an Osmo that is a lemon. I recently bought  another Inspire 2 that after 2 months stopped recording.  After waiting 2 weeks for a RMA I finally got it sent in. THEY REPAIRED AND RETURNED IT IN 12 DAYS INCLUDING SHIPPING TIME ON BOTH ENDS. FREAKING AMAZING!!!  That's how it should be!!!  Thanks DJI

Wow that's great too bad they screwed up the inspire 2 app forcing people to buy new iPads in order to fly their drones.

Same here ! Repairs done well and quickly ! slowest part to me was this shipping from CA to NJ
