Hello guys,

I updated RC by iphone SE.
Everything went ok, I got success.
I updated aircraft phantom 3 advanced by computer. It went good too.
I thought that was the end and I can worked, but ... nope.
Remote Control is totally dead. I was trying took out battery and inserted but its not working.
When I connect RC to the computer nothing happened. No light, no sound.

What's happened? Have you got any experience in this situation?

Here are all information about updates, firmware:
APP: 3.1.13  iphone SE
RC: v 1.8.0  //  gl 300c
FIRMWARE: PH3 1.11.20


Here is an information from aircraft after update:

Can you power on the RC and the drone? What is the lights status of the RC?

Hmm interesting... What happens when you try to charge it?

Nothing happens, RC it is dead

Normally it is a little warm

If so, I would recommend you send it in for diagnosis and repair. Please contact the Support to start a case. http://www.dji.com/support

Unfortunately I have same issue, after upgrade RC not turn on, no charging lights. It looks like totally dead;(
