Can you fly a Inspire 1 raw without a camera ?

You should be. Just that you don't have fpv camera. It will be like the old days, VOS manipulation by your RC.

I have flown my Inspire 1  V2 without the camera to do some testing. No problems, just need to fly manually LOS.  I have also flown my Inspire 2 without camera (in the shop) FPV camera worked fine. The I2 you get a encoder error but everything works just fine.

You can fly the drone without camera, but there is no live view and it would be dangerous when the drone is out of sight.
Please mount the camera for safety.

There will be the encoder error without the camera in Inspire 2, no worries.
