I have downloaded the DJI GO 4 app to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and every time is try to open it I get an error saying it has stopped. Any Ideas?  I am running the latest system.

I would say that tablet is to old to cope with DJI Go4. You should stick to the recommended device list.

Here is the recommended device list. Besides, you can also try to re-install the APP, shut down other applications before you open the DJI GO 4.

i have the same problem with s6 active..

1. Operations before and when the Android device crashes
2. Aircraft model
3. Android version number
4. DJI GO app’s version number (shown under Settings of Me in the app)
5. Crash log, ( You can find it in mobile device/SD card/DJI/dji.pilot/LOG/CRASH)

I just wanted to fly at a nice place AND THE APP CRASHES ALL TIME.
As well with WiFi mode it wasn't possible.
1. App started, check for updates, button shows go fly,before or after i click that it crashes.

Android version of app is since 4.1.0 a pain in the ass... There are many topics on this forum about crashing of the app and possible fixes to resolve this, NON of them work. Only a few Android users have no problems.

I have waited a few weeks, hoping that DJI would fix the problem, another 2 updates and still having the same problems made me switch to iOS device... now flying with more pleasure then before...

Maybe roll back to an older firmware version seems to work
I had huge issues also, Samsung 6, rolled back to 4.1.3. all good now
But, phones are just to small for these tired eyes, didn't want to spend another 200-400 bucks on a tablet as I;ve tried- Asus 7" , lags like crazy, Samsung 5 phone I had laying around- crashes without warning. Finally, It was suggested that the Acer Iconia 7" tablet works with all latest Go4 versions, happened to grab the Acer on sale for 82. bucks, & even with 4.1.4 it works best of anything I;ve tried (andriods) No lags, no crashes, great picture! Using with Go, Go 4 , Litchi with no issues whatsoever!
