I would like to know if the E1200 motors can be used with DJI S1000? How much extra take off limit it can carry? How much efficiency increment we are looking at.

Is there a link to specs where i can find the weight of the motors? When it will be available for purchase?

New E1200 kit will not fit on S1000 frame as theres not enough clearance fro to swing the 17 inch props.

dont forget a s1000 is an OCTOcopter so not as much clearance between arms as a HEX acopter.

it says S900 can lift 1.8kg more, wanted to know how much more on s1000 and weather either frame and props are strong enough for the added weight.

It looks promissing. Is there any release date or price available ?

If you want an octo you are going to need something larger the 1000.  The 17" props will not fit on a 1000.  They almost do not  fit on the S900.  That is why the arms are extended by 10mm.

An Idee to fit the E1200 on a S1000+  make every 2th motor 12 to15mm higher with a small socked under it.

It does not work on the S1000.  If you want to build a custom 1000 copter the that is your choice.  I would look at building a 1200 if it were me.
