Well, East Chicago is not Chiraq, plus there are many places and neighborhoods in Chicagoland that don't experience shootings.  I would not be foolish enough to be anywhere bullets are flying like that.  You have to know where not to go.

LOL Word.. Your advice is appreciated.  Im still trying to find that sweet spot and great perspectives.  I got some college stadiums coming up soon.
