Serial number of Zenmuse Assistant and Gimbal shaking problem

I have purchased Zenmuse ZH3-3D gimbal 6 months ago.
I have problem with shaking the view of my recorded video

take a look at  from 0:26 (min:sek) to 0:30 (min:sek)

and

from 0:48 (min:sek) to 0:58 (min:sek)

I don`t know what it is going on and what causes the problem.
I have checked that I have all firmware`s of my Phantom FC40 actual.

I have installed Zenmuse H3-3D Assistant Software v1.1

But when I connect my drone to the PC no leds on the assistance is active.
Do I have to enter serial numer code? If so, where I can find it? I don`t know if I have such code because I bought it 3-5 months ago and I don`t know if I have all papers. I have checked the packge of gimbal and I only see GCU S/N and Date code but none of them is 32 digits.

Do I have to activate this Zenmuse Assistant to make it work?

Hello all,
My H3-D3 gimbal is not facing the front of my Phantom and is off by 45 degrees, pulsing slightly every few seconds.
I have used both the RC assistant and the phantom 2 assistant software to re-calibrate my gimbal but without success.
DJI recommended that I download the gimbal assistant software, which I did, but it does'nt recognize my gimbal. It is not a driver problem as both other software work perfectly. Help please
