What is a resonable time for sivice to respond to a problem?   I got the conformation email and a email saying they read my request, but nothing now ben a week now.

Some one has contacted me,  but they have gone silent.  Have not had any contact for over a week now.  Last contact they wanted as good mailing address.  I replied to that and wanted to know if they are going to cover it under warranty.  No response since then.  My local dealer said they will not cover it so I wanted to make sure they are.  Growing very disappointed  with this experience.

DJI has stated that they will cover frame cracks.  I have escalated your case again.  I am hoping for a response to you tomorrow.

I wanted to thank all that were involved in my warranty clam of my Phantom,  Tahoe Ed, and DJI Store.  Way to turn things around, my Phantom is back home fixed under warranty.  I do have one question my repaired Phantom no longer has the label on the bottom with the serial number and other information.  Will that have any affect on any hopefully not future repairs?  Once again thank you
