Hello I change my main board on phantom 3 because it crash and I bought a brand new main board, but I can´t activate it, why it happend I need some help or solution please.

You need to show us how you have connected it and what the screen shots look like.  Is the Tx bound to the board?  Is the firmware up to date?  You have not given us much information.
