Hi, recently I bought a second hand Ace One controller. I downloaded the driver and the software and I did installed both in Windows 7. When I connect the controller to the computer with the USB cable and I run the Ace assistant program a window for login in DJI appears. I fulfill with my data and then a error called Error Code 0.
Anyone has face this trouble?. Any idea in order to solve it?.

Could you please clarify which flight controller you're using? Since this is an older thread, it would be best to start your own thread with further details.

How do we resolve the issue if we don't have the original email or password? This is the problem I have. I picked up a used Ace One and don't have the original email and password that was used.
